By accessing or using DatingDoc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of DatingDoc after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DatingDoc. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and profile.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.

4. Your Dating Doc

DatingDoc allows you to create a structured profile ("doc") and share it via a unique access code. By creating a doc, you agree that:

• All content you submit is accurate, honest, and represents you authentically.
• You own or have the rights to any photos or media you upload.
• You understand that anyone with your access code can view your profile. Share your code only with people you intend to.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your doc.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use DatingDoc to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' profiles or our systems.
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation, spam, or advertising without our consent.
• Scrape, copy, or distribute content from DatingDoc without permission.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to DatingDoc. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of operating the platform. DatingDoc's name, logo, design, and underlying software are our intellectual property and may not be used without our written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of DatingDoc is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect and use your personal data.

8. Disclaimers

DatingDoc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be available at all times or free from errors.
• Information provided by other users is accurate or truthful.
• Use of the platform will lead to any particular outcome in your personal life.

We are not responsible for the actions or content of other users, or for any interactions that take place between users outside of DatingDoc.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DatingDoc and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of relationships, or personal harm resulting from interactions with other users.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your doc and associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of DatingDoc shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
